About the Summit
The Dubai Leadership Summit was initiated by the Commonwealth University and London Graduate School consortium to serve as a forum to inspire leaders, exchange ideas and opinions about practical leadership challenges, and enable leaders to benchmark good practices. The summit is held every six months. The first summit was held in July 2010. It was a huge success as scores of leaders from Africa, Europe and Asia were in attendance. The last Dubai Leadership Summit was held from March 29-31, 2022

You are cordially invited to attend The Dubai Leadership Summit being jointly organized by the London Graduate School and the Commonwealth University. The program consists of presentations by scholars and practitioners on major leadership themes.
Commonwealth University Leadership Summit & Graduation Convocation
- Place: Jacobs Garden Hotel, Rolla Street, Bur, Dubai
(Affordable accommodation available at Rolla Residence Hotel, Rolla Street, Bur, Dubai (2 minutes’ walk to Jacobs Garden Hotel – the venue of the summit). Accommodation is also available at Jacobs Garden Hotel.)

- Summit Kicks Off December 14, 2022
- Time: From 09.00 am Daily
- Convocation Graduation Dinner: December 15, 2022 @ 7.00pm
- Summit Participation Fee:: $4,500.00 for private or sponsored participants
Graduation Dinner Fee: $200.00.Optional Costs
- Your Guests at Graduation Ceremony: $100.00 per person
- Tour of Dubai – Highly Recommended: $150 per person and per any of your guests
- The Boat Cruise – Highly Recommended: $150 per person and per any of your guests

Summit manual and other relevant summit materials will be given during the registration. The registration desk will close by 18:00. |
| Day 2 | December 14, 2022 | 09:00: REGISTRATION DESK OPENS 9:30 – 10:00: SUMMIT KICKS OFF. Conference welcome, administration and introductions. 10:00 – 17:00: Key topics to be addressed will include – leadership and change, John Maxwell’s 15 Laws of Growth (laws 1-7), leadership: digital intelligence, preparedness and curiosity, mentoring: an instrument for sustainable leadership, and top ten mistakes leaders make. There will be a short tea break from 11:30-11:45 and a lunch break from 13:45-15:00. 19:00 – 22:00: Boat cruise and evening entertainment with buffet dinner |
| Day 3 | December 15, 2022 | 9:00: REGISTRATION DESK OPENS 9:00 – 17:00: The speakers will speak about self-perception and a positive attitude, delegation & empowerment, leadership challenges in Africa, charting a path to a resilient future, the essential tool kit of skills that unite the global economy and sustainability and economic/business development strategies. There will be a short tea break from 11:30-11:45 and a lunch break from 13:45-15:00. 19:00 – 22:00: The program will end with the graduation dinner. |
